2. Account & Technical Support
Q: How do I access my purchased course?
A: After a successful payment, simply log in to your account and navigate to your student dashboard at https://expert24.in/dashboard/courses/. All your active programs will be unlocked there instantly.
Q: What should I do if my dashboard remains locked after payment?
A: Don’t worry. Sometimes payment gateway webhooks take a few minutes to sync. If your access isn’t active within 15–30 minutes, please email your receipt to support@expert24.in, and our technical team will activate it manually within 24 hours.
