End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “End User”) and Expert Group Of Education regarding the online professional training courses, digital blueprints, video lessons, and associated materials provided on Expert24 (https://expert24.in).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing our digital courses, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or access our courses.
1. License Grant & Permitted Use
Expert Group Of Education grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the purchased educational content solely for your personal, educational, and professional skill-development purposes.
This license is strictly tied to your individual student account. You are permitted to stream the video lessons and download the provided blueprints on your personal devices for your personal learning journey.
2. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
Under this agreement, you are strictly prohibited from, and agree not to:
- Share, lease, rent, or distribute your unique student dashboard login credentials with any third party.
- Record, copy, download (unless explicitly permitted), modify, or create derivative works of the video lectures, text, or curriculum.
- Use our course materials for commercial training purposes or host group viewings without obtaining prior written institutional consent from us.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the digital rights management (DRM) or secure media tracking systems active on the portal.
3. Termination of License
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, your access to the secure student dashboard and all enrolled course modules will be permanently suspended, and no refunds or compensations will be provided.
4. Content Updates & Modification
We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, re-sequence, or replace specific modules within our courses to ensure the curriculum stays aligned with evolving industry trends (such as changes in the Meta Ads manager or WordPress ecosystem) without any prior liability to the user.
5. Corporate Governance & Legal Details
This agreement is legally governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this license shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The managing entity behind this platform is detailed below:
